Attorneys Dr. Northrup earned his medical degree at The University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his psychiatry residency at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He then completed his forensic psychiatry fellowship at The University of Florida in Gainesville. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general and forensic psychiatry.
